Most of these discounted rates are good until about three to four weeks before the event, after that the Hotel prices start to go up. Hotels sold out quickly in 2007, make sure to reserve your rooms early but be aware of cancellation policies as you will need to put a credit card down to secure your rooms and will be charged at least two weeks before the event if not sooner. The Orleans (4500 W.
