The premier spring recruiting event!  Live Period for Division I College Coaches (April 19-20)!

The Houston Kingwood Classic, now in its 14th year, has become the largest men’s weekend basketball tournament in the United States. In 2007, over 750 teams from across the USA, and over 300 college coaches were in attendance. 

Separate divisions for boys’ 9U through 17U teams. Varsity Girls division added for 2008!  (Coaches of Varsity Girls teams must be NCAA-approved).  Pool play, with all teams advancing to the championship round.  3 game guarantee. Normal high school rules with stop clock on all dead balls for all age divisions. The tournament is live for college coaches to attend Sat. & Sun., April 19-20.  The earliest possible games begin at 6:30pm Friday and championship games are over by 5pm on Sunday.  Entry fee is $475 per team.   Trophies awarded to 1st & 2nd place team members in each division.

Coaches of women's teams only - NCAA Requirements

1. Coach Certification: ALL COACHES of Varsity Girls teams must have a valid NCAA Approval number in order to coach at this event.  Click here to apply for an NCAA Approval Number.  If you already have an approval number and need to look it up click here.

2. NCAA Team Registration: The NCAA requires all coaches of Varsity Girls teams to enter their rosters online. To enter your roster with the NCAA:
